Andri W. Kusuma was born in Jakarta, November 2, 1975. He earned his Law Master Degree in 2003 from the major of economic-business law, University of Indonesia. He works in Prism Law Office, Jakarta, since 2004 until now. He worked as Member of Board – Legal Division in Dewan Informasi Strategis Dan Kebijakan at Badan Intelijen Negara (Bin) Republic Of Indonesia for 1 year, in 2015- 2016.

In 2003-2006, he was supporting Government c.q. Directorate General of Intelectual Property Right Departement of Law and Human Right in promulgated Law No. 19 Year 2002 Regarding Copy Right, as well as Representing 10 Major Labels or Recording Company (Sony BMG, EMI Music, Universal Music, Warner Music, Trinity, Musika Studio, Emotion, etc). In 2006, he was supporting, counseling, researching, and providing legal assistance for Government of Republic Indonesia c.q. Communication and Information Departement in drafting and making an Agreement with Broad Telecom, S.A and Government of Spain. He settled Copy Right Case – Karya Cipta Indonesia (KCI) Vs PT. Telkomsel in 2007.

From 2011 to 2013, he was a Legal Consultant and Representing PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) in Business competition Supervisory Commission of The Republic of Indonesia (KPPU) Trial – the decisions is favoring and release PLN from IDR 125 Billion fine from the state. He also became the Legal Consultant and Representing and Advise PT. Telekomunikasi Seluler (PT. Telkomsel) in 2012-2015 in Central Jakarta Commercial Court up to Supreme Court Due to Bankruptcy and Curators’s fee matters. The decision of which favouring Telkomsel and release Telkomsel from both Bankruptcy and Obligation to pay Curator’s fee (± IDR 150 Billion). In 2014-2015, he was supporting, counseling, researching, and providing legal assistance for Government of Republic Indonesia c.q. Communication and Information Departement in drafting and making an ITTS Phase II Agreement with French Government.
